As a girl who has become somewhat obsessed with Mad Men as of late, I fell a little bit in love with this editorial for Interview Russia. Steven Pan shot Alana Zimmer and Hanne Gaby Odiele using the fifties as a source of inspiration, adding soft hues and floral print galore. Although the shoot is kind of random (pills, high walls, hint of suicide anyone?) To me, the editorial is very beautiful and creative. The detail that has gone into the styling is pretty awesome, I am talking about the rubber gloves and the contrast of clothing between each woman, particularly apparent in the first image in which the colours of each models clothing compliments each other perfectly. The composition is also pretty sweet. I will stop rambling now.
